Mr Jeykishan Thagasalam

With a steadfast commitment to advocating for marginalised individuals, my journey began as a Physiotherapist dedicated to providing quality care for one of our most vulnerable populations – the elderly. Driven by a desire to create lasting change, I set out to become a leader in the aged and disability care industry to harness the wider influence that comes with leadership and ultimately, empower people to live their best lives.
To actualise this vision, I climbed the ranks through various management positions and now serve as the General Manager of Operations at BlueCross Aged care. My career experience has seen me lead and transform business - from strategy development to implementation; to cultural change and success. Alongside my professional advancement, I pursued a postgraduate degree in Business Management to complement my Physiotherapy background and am presently enrolled in the Australian Institute of Company Directors Course.
