Before you can access government-subsidised aged care services for the first time, you need to be assessed. This can be done by contacting My Aged Care on 1800 200 422 or by following the link below:

Centrelink
Before admission you will be required to complete and send to Centrelink a
“Request for a combined Assets and Income Assessment”.
